The Employees rock. Steve was handing me my coffee when who appeared to be the manager starts yelling at him. This isn't the first time this particular manager has caused a scene. Once was really rude while I was ordering. Something is up with this place and it starts with management.

Something is up with this place... They have horrible service, are always getting my orders wrong, and are very rude! Someone needs to fire the manager too because she was specifically rude out of all of the staff.
